Remember that old tree in the yard of your family farm? You know, the tree that your grandfather planted when he was a kid. You climbed it as a child, used it as home base during games of kick ball in the yard, and sat under it during family picnics to cool off in the shade.
Unfortunately it was damaged in a recent storm. It's sad to think of it being removed . . . it has held so many memories for you and your family.

Historic Oakwood
A friend who lives in an historic neighborhood had a damaged tree that had to be removed. It was painful for him to lose this old growth tree, and Matt was asked to create something from some of the rescued wood. Now there are beautiful ornaments made from some of the rescued wood, and stories to be shared for many years to come.
'Tis the Season
I love to paint. Matt often has smaller pieces of wood he can't use, so I grab them and make ornaments, magnets, and various pieces of art. Watch our inventory page as some of my items will be available for purchase as well.
Ornaments and magnets make wonderful gifts. These can be painted for special orders as well and commissioned from your rescued wood.
